To ensure your wedding day morning is relaxing, seamless and stress free, we provide all of our bride's with a run sheet & timeline for hair & makeup prior to the big day.

In the event your hair &/or makeup stylist is required to stay longer with you on the wedding day due to late arrivals or other circumstances this will incur an additional fee of $70.00 per hour/per artist.
Please note that cancellations made within 3 months prior to a wedding date will incur a fee of 50% of the full payment and cancellations made within 1 month of a wedding date will need to be paid in full

TRIAL APPOINTMENTS

Trials are a great opportunity for us to get to know you and to work together to create your dream hair & makeup vision prior to the big day!
​
The perfect time for your hair and makeup trial is 1-2 months prior to your wedding day, by this time all the finer wedding day details that help us to develop and create your perfect wedding day hair and makeup are sorted - for example - Veil, Flower crowns/hair pieces as well as dress & flower colours.
​
Trials are conducted at our stylists homes or if you live locally within a 15km radius of East Maitland we can also come to you, a travel charge will apply to areas outside of this area.
Please note that trials need to be booked at least 4 weeks out from the intended trial date
​
Pictures & Pinterest boards are a great way to show us the style & look that you love so please bring them along on the day or send them through to us via email prior to your trial appointment.
​
A fee of $100 per artist will be charged for cancellations within 48hrs of your Trial appointment.
​
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate trials on weekends due to the high demand for wedding bookings on Saturdays & Sundays
